About Sarah Jeon

Sarah is a corporate attorney who advises companies, founders, and investors on a broad range of transactional and business matters. She focuses her practice on venture capital financings, corporate governance, and other corporate matters, including regulatory compliance, across a variety of industries, including aerospace, defense, and technology.

Before joining Eagle Law, Sarah practiced at Latham & Watkins LLP in New York, where she represented clients in complex corporate and financing transactions. She began her legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Michael H. Park of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Sarah earned her Juris Doctor from Yale Law School. At Yale, she served as Co-President of the Yale Law Veterans Network, Co-Founder and Co-President of the Yale Korean Law Student Network, Editor of the Yale Law Journal, and Bulletin Editor of the Yale Journal on Regulation. She also externed at the State Attorney’s Office in New Haven, Connecticut, and spent her summers at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California and at Latham & Watkins’ Los Angeles office.

Prior to her legal career, Sarah served in the U.S. Army as an AH-64D/E Apache helicopter pilot-in-command and two-time company commander, with assignments and deployments across South Korea, Bulgaria, Poland, Germany, as well as a deployment to Afghanistan as a combat advisor. She holds an FAA commercial rotorcraft pilot license with an instrument rating.

Outside the office, Sarah enjoys spending time with family, evening walks, connecting with new people, exploring new foods and restaurants, and practicing yoga.
